These Terms govern your use of the mobile game Fruit Raid: Tractor Race ("the Game"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on a device you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, redistribute, or attempt to cheat, disrupt, or exploit the Game or its scores, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, art, music and branding, is owned by Sahil Sharma and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.

No warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

Changes

We may update the Game and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
